School Spirit Bling is a small family-run business. We only collect what we need to take your pre-order and get your items to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, so we can confirm your order and reach you about pickup.
- Your order details — the items, sizes, and quantities you choose.
- Any optional notes you add to your order.
- If you sign up to be notified about a future pre-order, your email address for that purpose.
How we use it
We use your information to process and fulfill your order, send you an order confirmation and pickup details, and respond if you contact us. That's it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and fulfill orders:
- Our email provider, to send order confirmations and pickup notices.
- Our hosting and database providers, which store your order securely so we can manage it.
These providers only handle your information to provide their service to us, and aren't permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Payment
Today, payment is arranged directly with us outside the website. We do not collect or store credit card numbers on this site. If we add online card payments in the future, payments will be handled by a secure third-party payment processor and your full card details will be entered with them, not stored by us — and we'll update this policy before that goes live.
How long we keep it
We keep order information as long as we need it for our records and to support you after a purchase. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us using the address below.
