Made to order

Every item we sell is custom made just for you after you place your order during a pre-order window. We don't keep finished items in stock — your order is produced specifically for you once the window closes.

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. We're not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or ordering the wrong item. Please double-check your size and selections before you check out.

We stand behind our work

Every piece is hand-checked and made with love before it leaves the door. If there's a problem with the workmanship — a flaw in the item, a mistake on our end, or damage when it reaches you — please reach out right away and we'll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include a photo of the issue. We'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or another fair solution.

A note on color

Colors may look slightly different from one screen to the next. The exact shade you see online may vary a little from the finished item. This screen-to-screen variation isn't considered a defect.

Sizing

Sizes follow the manufacturer's sizing for the garment brand listed on each product. Since items are made to order, we can't exchange for a different size after ordering — please review the size options carefully before checkout, and reach out before the window closes if you have a sizing question.
